Marinated Chicken:

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon salt
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and salt. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the Chicken: Brown marinated chicken in oil, then set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: Sauté onion, add spices, tomato sauce, and simmer. Add chicken back to the pan and finish with cream.
- Serve: Garnish with cilantro and enjoy with rice or naan.
