These Chicken Tzatziki Bowls are a delicious and healthy Mediterranean-inspired meal that is easy to make at home. Tender marinated chicken is served over a bed of rice or quinoa and topped with fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and a creamy tzatziki sauce.

Marinated Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Bowls:
- 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives (sliced)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- lemon wedges and fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the rice or quinoa among four bowls. Top each with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta. Spoon tzatziki sauce over the top. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a low-carb version, substitute cauliflower rice.
- You can use store-bought tzatziki or make it from scratch with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
