  • 24 square wonton wrappers

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the ground chicken, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and salt.
  2. Fill the Wontons: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, add filling, seal edges, and shape into wontons.
  3. Cook the Wontons: Boil wontons until cooked through.
  4. Make the Chili Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sriracha, honey, and garlic.
  5. Serve: Drain cooked wontons, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve hot.
