- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the ground chicken, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and salt.
- Fill the Wontons: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, add filling, seal edges, and shape into wontons.
- Cook the Wontons: Boil wontons until cooked through.
- Make the Chili Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sriracha, honey, and garlic.
- Serve: Drain cooked wontons, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve hot.

- You can freeze uncooked wontons on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
