- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Make the chocolate sponge cake: Beat eggs and sugar, add vanilla. Sift and fold in dry ingredients. Bake and roll the cake.
- Prepare the filling: Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over the cake and roll it back up.
- Create the ganache topping: Heat cream, pour over chocolate, stir until smooth. Spread over the rolled cake. Chill before serving.
