  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 large eggs

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, mix oats, milk, eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Bake: Pour the batter into the dish, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake for 30–35 minutes until set.
