Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, mix oats, milk, eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the dish, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and bake for 30–35 minutes until set.

Notes
- For a gooier texture, slightly underbake.
