Instructions

  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine and Bake: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, fold in mini chocolate chips, spread half of the batter, sprinkle half of the topping, layer the remaining batter and topping, then bake for 35–40 minutes.
