Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Mix dry ingredients: Add the oat flour, baking soda, and salt, and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips: Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are just set.
- Cool: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
