Rice Krispies Mixture:
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows

Chocolate Topping:
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (for melting chocolate)

Instructions
- Prepare Rice Krispies Mixture: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat, add vanilla and cherries, then fold in Rice Krispies.
- Press and Cool: Press mixture into the dish, let cool for 30 minutes.
- Make Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, pour over cooled Rice Krispies layer, top with cherries or sprinkles.
- Chill and Serve: Chill until chocolate is set, then cut into squares and enjoy!
