  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix Guinness Mixture: In a saucepan, combine Guinness and butter. Add cocoa powder and sugars, whisk until smooth. Let cool.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Pour in the Guinness mixture and whisk to combine.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold into the wet mixture.
