- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix Guinness Mixture: In a saucepan, combine Guinness and butter. Add cocoa powder and sugars, whisk until smooth. Let cool.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Pour in the Guinness mixture and whisk to combine.
- Add Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold into the wet mixture.
- Bake: Divide batter into liners and bake for 18-22 minutes. Cool before frosting.
- Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream. Frost cupcakes.
