  3. Melt Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Dip & Coat: Dip mint cream discs in chocolate, ensuring complete coating.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes. Garnish with crushed peppermint candies if desired.

Notes
