Instructions

- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stir gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Divide batter among muffin cups, bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool: Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
