- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
