Chocolate Soufflé:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter and sugar ramekins.
- Prepare Chocolate Mixture: Melt butter, add flour, milk, chocolate. Cool slightly, then mix in yolks, vanilla, and salt.
- Whip Egg Whites: Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Combine Mixtures: Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
- Bake: Fill ramekins, run thumb around edges, bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Finish: Dust with powdered sugar and serve hot.
