Instructions

  3. Whip Egg Whites: Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Bake: Fill ramekins, run thumb around edges, bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Finish: Dust with powdered sugar and serve hot.
