Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare Cupcake Batter: Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar, then add buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and coffee. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
