Salad Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup hummus or ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
