Pizza:
- 1 prepared pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
Salad Toppings:
- 1/2 cup hummus or ricotta cheese
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet, bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove and spread hummus or ricotta over crust.
