Pretzel Bites:
- 48 mini pretzel twists
Caramel Filling:
- 24 soft caramels (unwrapped)
Chocolate Coating:
- ½ cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Garnish:
- Red and green sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Prepare Pretzel Bites: Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange half of the pretzels on the sheet and place a caramel on each. Bake until caramels soften. Sandwich with another pretzel and let cool.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolates separately in the microwave. Dip pretzel bites in chocolate, add sprinkles or peppermint, and let set.
Notes
- You can use Rolo candies or chocolate-covered caramels instead of soft caramels.
