Pretzel Bites:

  • 48 mini pretzel twists

Caramel Filling:

  • 24 soft caramels (unwrapped)

Chocolate Coating:

  • ½ cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Garnish:

  • Red and green sprinkles or crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pretzel Bites: Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange half of the pretzels on the sheet and place a caramel on each. Bake until caramels soften. Sandwich with another pretzel and let cool.
  2. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolates separately in the microwave. Dip pretzel bites in chocolate, add sprinkles or peppermint, and let set.
