Coating:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional Filling:

Instructions
- Dough Preparation: In a saucepan, heat water, sugar, salt, and butter. Add flour, stir until dough forms. Let cool, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Frying: Heat oil, pipe dough into hot oil, fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Coating: Roll warm poppers in cinnamon sugar. Fill with optional fillings if desired.
Notes
- Keep cooked poppers warm in the oven while frying in batches.
- Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerated biscuit dough can be used as a shortcut.
