Chicken:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Marinade:
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl or resealable bag, combine lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Rest before serving with lime wedges and cilantro.

- You can also bake the marinated chicken at 425°F for 20–25 minutes if preferred.
