Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas with melted butter. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- Add Milk and Nuts: Stir in milk for smooth batter. Fold in chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
