- 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- Pinch of salt to taste
Instructions
- Beat Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- Add Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
- Incorporate Flavors: Add the ground cinnamon and vanilla extract, then increase the speed to medium-high and beat for another 2 minutes.
- Adjust Consistency: Add heavy cream or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches your desired consistency. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness if needed.
- Finish: Continue beating for 1 more minute until light and fluffy. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Bring back to room temperature and re-whip before using.

- For an extra cinnamon kick, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
