- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the cake batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter, and mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- Make the cinnamon swirl: In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake the cake: Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over the warm cake before serving.
