Description

This Cinnamon Roll Fudge is a delectable no-bake dessert that combines the rich sweetness of white chocolate fudge with the warm, comforting flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg. Topped with a swirled powdered sugar icing to mimic the look of cinnamon rolls, it’s an easy-to-make treat perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave a creamy, indulgent sweet.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Icing Swirl

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside. This will help you easily lift the fudge out once set.
  2. Melt Fudge Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted, ensuring no lumps remain.
  3. Add Flavorings: Stir in the light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and, if using, ground nutmeg. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and well combined.
  4. Pour into Pan: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to smooth out the top evenly.
  5. Make Icing Swirl: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk or cream until a thick icing forms. Adjust the amount of liquid to reach desired consistency for drizzling.
  6. Decorate Fudge: Drizzle the icing over the fudge’s surface in a swirl pattern to mimic cinnamon rolls. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the icing into the fudge creating a marbled effect.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours, or until fully set and firm.
  8. Serve: Once chilled and firm, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into 25 squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week to maintain freshness.
  • For an extra festive touch, sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar over the top before refrigerating.
  • If you prefer a nutmeg-free version, simply omit the nutmeg from the recipe.
  • Allow the fudge to come to room temperature for a few minutes before serving for a softer texture.
