Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Gently fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Add nuts.
  5. Fill muffin cups: Divide batter among cups.
  6. Add topping: Mix 2 tbsp sugar with ½ tsp cinnamon; sprinkle over muffins.
