Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
