Beef Patty:
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Additional Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices American cheese or cheddar
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- Sliced pickles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix beef: In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Press into the baking dish and bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Add cheese: Drain excess grease, place cheese slices over the beef, and return to the oven to melt cheese.
- Sauté onions: Sauté diced onion in butter until soft and golden.
- Assemble sliders: Slice buns, spread mayo, ketchup, and mustard, place beef patty on buns, top with sautéed onions and pickles, cover with bun tops.
- Serve: Slice into 12 squares and serve warm.

- For crispy tops, brush buns with melted butter and sesame seeds before baking.
- You can prepare sliders ahead and reheat covered in the oven.
