- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line and grease a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Prepare the Cake: Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Roll the Cake: Dust a towel with powdered sugar. Invert and roll the cake with the towel. Let cool.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cooled cake. Roll without the towel.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
