Pasta Salad:

  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cubed ham or turkey
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced

Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
