Pasta Salad:
- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cubed ham or turkey
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add ingredients: Add pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, ham or turkey, and red onion to the bowl.

- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
