Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup or keto-friendly vegan sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional for Drizzling:
- 1/4 cup vegan sugar-free dark chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
