Description

A refreshing and tropical coconut lime drink perfect for hot summer days. This dairy-free beverage is creamy, tangy, and just sweet enough to quench your thirst.

Coconut Lime Drink:

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from a can, full-fat for creaminess)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • ice cubes
  • lime slices and shredded coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or large jar, whisk together the coconut milk, water, lime juice, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract if using.
  2. Stir until smooth and the sweetener is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as desired.

  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the coconut lime drink over the top.
  4. Garnish with lime slices and a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
  • You can also add sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
