Coating:
- 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate candy coating (for dipping)
Instructions
- Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and milk. Add flour and salt, mix until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Form Truffles: Scoop and roll dough into balls. Chill on parchment paper.
- Coating: Melt chocolate in intervals. Dip truffles, refrigerate until set.

- To heat-treat flour, microwave for 1 minute or bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
