  • ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Coating:

  • 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate candy coating (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Cookie Dough: In a medium bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and milk. Add flour and salt, mix until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Form Truffles: Scoop and roll dough into balls. Chill on parchment paper.
  3. Coating: Melt chocolate in intervals. Dip truffles, refrigerate until set.
