Cool Whip Cookies:

- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Roll the dough: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Bake: Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are crinkled.
- Cool: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
