Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the cheesecake batter: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add sour cream, vanilla extract, and cotton candy flavoring. Mix in eggs one at a time.
- Color the batter: Divide the batter into two bowls and tint one pink and the other blue with gel food coloring.
- Assemble and bake: Spoon the colored batters into the crust alternately, swirl gently for a marble effect, and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Cool and chill: Let the cheesecake cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
