Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Prepare the Cupcake Batter: Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and flavoring. Alternate mixing dry ingredients and milk. Divide batter, color, and fill cupcake liners.
- Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Make the Frosting: Beat butter, add sugar, cream, and flavoring. Color frosting. Pipe onto cupcakes.
