  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Cowboy Butter Sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Linguine: Boil linguine in salted water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken strips until golden. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Cowboy Butter Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add mustard, lemon juice, herbs, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Combine: Toss chicken in sauce, add linguine and pasta water. Stir in Parmesan.
