- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cowboy Butter Sauce:

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Linguine: Boil linguine in salted water, then drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken strips until golden. Set aside.
- Prepare Cowboy Butter Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add mustard, lemon juice, herbs, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Combine: Toss chicken in sauce, add linguine and pasta water. Stir in Parmesan.
