Steak:
- 1 pound flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
Cowboy Butter:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- pickles and sliced red onions for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Grill: Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Prepare Cowboy Butter: Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to make cowboy butter.
- Cook Steak: Season steak slices with salt and pepper. Grill or sear steak slices for 2–3 minutes per side. Toss steak with half of the cowboy butter.
- Toast Buns: Toast slider buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble Sliders: Place steak slices on the bottom bun, add cheddar cheese, pickles or red onions if desired. Spread remaining cowboy butter on the top bun and close the sliders.
- Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!
