Instructions

  3. Add Ingredients: Pour in red wine, then add crushed tomatoes, milk, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer.
  4. Cook the Gnocchi: Cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
  5. Combine and Serve: Stir cooked gnocchi and Parmesan into the sauce. Simmer briefly. Serve hot with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs.
