Ingredients
Salmon Fillets:
4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
Seafood Filling:
1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped), 1/2 cup lump crab meat, 3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the filling: Combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, seasonings, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the salmon: Make a pocket in each fillet, stuff with the seafood mixture.
