Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, water, sugar, maple syrup, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Boil: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Simmer: Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
