Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, Greek yogurt, oil, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Add Cranberries and Nuts: Fold in the cranberries and nuts if using.
