  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix orange juice, melted butter, oil, egg, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until just combined.
  4. Add Cranberries and Nuts: Gently fold in cranberries and nuts if using.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into pan, bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
