Description

Pizza Dough:

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 9×13 inches. Slice the dough into 1-inch strips.
  3. Bake the breadsticks: Transfer the strips to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  4. Make the garlic butter: Combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
