- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth

- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Stir in creamed corn, heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, thyme, and onion powder. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Simmer with Chicken: Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cover. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
