Description

Ingredients

Ripe Avocados:

2 avocados, peeled and pitted

Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream:

1/2 cup

Fresh Lime Juice:

2 tablespoons

Garlic Clove:

1, minced

Fresh Cilantro:

2 tablespoons, chopped

Green Onion:

1, sliced

Ground Cumin (optional):

1/4 teaspoon

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon


Instructions

  1. Mash Avocados: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until mostly smooth.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add Greek yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, green onion, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well combined.
