Pasta:

Beef Mixture:

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in onion and garlic until softened. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Tomatoes and Broth: Add diced tomatoes and beef broth, simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Finish the Sauce: Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add cooked pasta, coat evenly.
