- 1 pound shelf-stable potato gnocchi
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)

Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sausage, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Add Butternut Squash: Stir in butternut squash, broth, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer to thicken.
- Cook Gnocchi: Cook gnocchi separately, then add to the sauce with Parmesan and sage.
