- 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Cajun Seasoning:

Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Prepare the shrimp: Coat shrimp in Cajun seasoning and cook in butter and oil until pink and opaque. Set aside.
