- 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 8 oz egg noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, season, and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Stroganoff: Cook onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Add flour, then pour in chicken broth. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and mustard. Return chicken to the pan and simmer.
