  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz egg noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, season, and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Stroganoff: Cook onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Add flour, then pour in chicken broth. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and mustard. Return chicken to the pan and simmer.
  3. Serve: Pour over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley.

Notes
