- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: In a large soup pot, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic, thyme, basil, and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
- Add Broth and Protein: Pour in chicken broth, add chicken and tortellini, and simmer until tortellini is cooked.
