Description

Indulge in a luxurious dining experience with these Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails. Succulent lobster tails are baked to perfection and smothered in a decadent garlic butter cream sauce, creating a dish that is sure to impress.

Ingredients

Scale

Lobster Tails:

  • 4 lobster tails (about 5–6 oz each)

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Pull the lobster meat upward and rest it on top of the shell. Place the tails in a baking dish.
  3. Bake Lobster Tails: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush over the lobster meat. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  4. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmering until thickened. Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning.
  5. Finish and Serve: Remove lobster tails from the oven, spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over the meat, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • This dish pairs well with pasta, rice, or crusty bread. For an extra touch of luxury, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
