- 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta (uncooked)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups baby spinach (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
